John Almeida, Jr. is a co-founder of Reimagine Holdings Group and Managing Partner of Five Peaks Capital Management, the founding investor of Reimagine. Mr. Almeida spent twelve years at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS), a private equity firm with over $16 billion of private equity and subordinated debt capital under management where he was a General Partner and Member of the Management Committee. Mr. Almeida holds a B.A. degree from Yale College, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Mr. Mesznik is a co-founder of Reimagine Holdings Group and the founder and president of Mesco. He has over 30 years of advisory and investment banking experience. Prior to founding Mesco, Mr. Mesznik was managing director of Drexel Burnham Lambert. He started his career in finance at Citibank in 1970. He is a board member of a number of public companies in the U.S. and Europe as well as several private companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from City College, New York and a Master of Business Administration in International Finance from Columbia University, New York.
Keith is a co-founder of Reimagine Holdings Group and the co-founder of Critical Mix and has over 20 years of management experience in sales, marketing, operations, and administration. His passion is building and leading client focused service organizations. Most recently he managed the North American P&L for Toluna (AIM: TOL.L). Keith was responsible for the $100m global research business at Greenfield Online (Nasdaq: SRVY) from 2008–2009. Keith's expertise includes business integration, new product development, and sales distribution strategies.
Hugh is a co-founder of Reimagine Holdings Group and the co-founder of Critical Mix and has over 20 years of experience in developing internet based businesses. Hugh helped to create Greenfield Online in 1994 and played a significant role in transforming the business from a two-person start-up into a global, 600+ employee, publicly traded company (Nasdaq:SRVY). He was instrumental in the sale of Greenfield Online to the Microsoft Corporation in 2008. Hugh is experienced in managing operations, strategy, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
Jonathan has over 15 years of experience in the consumer insights space, in both senior executive roles as well as a private equity investor. Recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Cannondale Investments. Jonathan was an integral part of the team taking Greenfield Online (NASDAQ: SRVY) public in 2004, and later selling to Microsoft Corporation, serving as Secretary, General Counsel and Vice President Corporate Development, Chief Administrative Officer and lastly as Chief Operating Officer. He holds a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and a J.D. from Pace University School of Law.
Michael is a Managing Director - Operating Partner at BV Investment Partners, having also served on BV’s Operating Advisory Board since 2012. Mike is the former SVP, Chief Strategic Development Officer of Bankrate, Inc. He is an experienced operator, marketing and development executive focused on the marketing services industry. Among his many operating roles, Michael has executed corporate M&A, consumer marketing, product and business development for Bankrate, Insurance.com and Apartments.com.
Brenda is the CMO at Critical Mix and has over 25 years of marketing and consumer insights expertise among companies such as Nielsen, TNS, and NFO WorldGroup (acquired by TNS). Brenda served on the TNS North America Board as EVP, Strategic Marketing & Sales Development and also played an integral role on the TNS/NFO integration team. Brenda's experience spans across strategic marketing consulting and implementation among established global brands and start ups.
Dr. JT Kostman is a Chief Data Officer, Data Scientist, Mathematician and Psychologist. Recognized by his peers and the press as one of the world's leading Data Strategists, for over 20 years JT has served as a senior advisor to CEOs and Senior Executives in organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to U.S. Intelligence Agencies. Dr. Kostman holds a PhD in Psychology from the City University of New York and finished his post -doctoral work in mathematics/physics through the New England Complex Systems Institute at Harvard and MIT.
Carol is Manager, Customer Experience at Critical Mix. She directs all external marketing communications and programs including developing effective promotion strategies, identifying trade show opportunities, customer event planning, direct mail, sales support, advertising and industry association relationships. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Ithaca College.
